    I realize that losing their major sponsers ultimately killed HSP but GSN had already put it on life support with a series of bonehead moves.

    Why did they replace Gabe? Anyone know?

    The departure of stars and FTP from the US market and ultimatley as sponsors for HSP was the sole cause for the shows demise...... MacDonald would have been replaced by Esfandari or someone else ..problem solved.. It was the best poker show period!!!!!

    GSN cut HSP the moment they let NormMacDonald commentate instead of Gabe. Gabe and AJ together were golden.

    Gabe is a great announcer and the show was so much better when he was on it but the action from the last year was about as dull as any televised poker i have ever watchedhopefully a similar show with better player personalities (and Gabe) will find a new home or new life if the DOJ lets poker live

    ^^ good idea... well the p2p posters made a thread about hot girls on facebook that they stalk... lets see what else... the 2p2 posters also have a 50% nsfw thread ratio... following black friday the PLZ POST LINK TO THIS POKER SHOW threads have gone down at least
