People didnt see the benefit of guaranteed 2% interest ... but 0% interest with a chance at 1Million was very popular and extremely successful. The bond funds still pays 2% total but instead of 2% to each investor its 0% to most and 1,000,000$ to some. Such genious.Oh ya, good article too!
