    <p>Wow. What a developement. Sounds like the Commonwealth is trying to identify owners of the sites (according to what PPA rep Muny describes). Is revealing the anonominity of the owners such a bad thing? Strangers are more likely to steal than known owners.</p>

    <p>Yea Beshear's such a douchebag! He runs with putting poker to a vote in Kentucky, gets elected governor bc of it, and now he tries to ban it. What a god damn hypocrite!</p>
