I am now vegetarian for 2009 and my focus has definately gone up a notch. Thanks for putting the word out TheMaven. Keep up the good work.</p>

  12. <p>Very interesting. Over the last few months I had been drinking a bit too much and my diet was not great. I found concentration more difficult and the ability to analyse hands and make decisions suffered. I have been taking B1 (Thiamine) for the last few weeks and I feel much better. Don't underestimate the effects of nutrition on brain function! Good article</p>

  18. <p>appreciate the advice but you are way wrong if you think taking a pill/supplement is a substitute for a proper diet. i would also stop going to a nutritionist who recommend/sold supplements to me. it is so easy to eat well. first off, if you are eating a good variety of vegetables and animal proteins you will have all your nutritional requirements covered. try a local CSA group for fresh produce in your area that is pesticide/herbicide free and free of synthetic petroleum based fertilizers. also make sure your beef/chicken/eggs are pastured. there is a huge difference in the quality of beef from a cow that grazes on pasture as to one confined to a feed lot, fed corn, given antibiotics/hormones/steroids and (yes still) feed containing animal byproducts in it, including cow. start here:</p>

  19. <p>I totally respect shaun deeb for keeping a low profile-he is truly the most underrated poker player ever and has been so for several years. Whatever happened to bodogari, gobboboy, ThatsNice and the supposed greatest of yesteryear. Eventually they all fall of the map-Deeb always stays around. He is by far the greatest online player of all time I agree with Maven-Great article</p>
