First, its a good reason to ruin someone's reputation. And i'm truly in favor with thier tactic on this one.

OR " how come our economy sucks and most unfortunate people are losing thier houses? OR "why is the USA spending billions to send troops to fight a loosing battle? OR "why is the USA helping others in the rest of the world while our own people are starving and living out on the streets!!! Yes its sick but its reality!

Now if you are living outside the USA and when Groupe Bernard Tapie takes over they are not obligated to payout those players either. (you can do the math on this one yourself).

So will i see my $35k from FTP ever again, believe me i'm not holding my breath!

If you played poker on FTP while you were under aged and have money in your FTP acount you have no right to bitch and whine.
