    You think the GOV't is Gonna PUSH for poker Legalization during an "ELECTION YEAR" in 2012... LMFAO... a presidential candidate or any candidate running for political office... wud almost never... I REPEAT THEY ALMOST WUD NEVER (like.000000001% chance)... back a bill to legalize gambling as its just not what they do from a tactical standpoint...it just doesnt make sense for a politician to back legalized gambling during an election year... WHICH TOTALLY BLOWS... but hey else wud u expect..

    That would be good. Some people who play 25NL or 50NL multitabling don't get anywhere close to the same benefit when they play $1/2 NL cash in a casino.

    Example, I went to local casino, spent 40 mins total drive time. Got on wait list, took 2 hours before I could sit in a $4/8 Limit Holdem game. Played 5 hours then had to go home. If I played 1/2 Limit Holdem online, I could have 4-8 tabled it, and gotten an equivalent of 28-36 hours of play in. The long term will take much longer now.

    I'm a mid stakes grinder, both tourneys and cash games. Coming from an area where the nearest live play is 8 hours away I've got two options. 1. Move and play live. 2. Hang up my spurs and work a 9-5.

    I feel like the people that truly grind just got laid off from their jobs. Sucks right now.

    ^^^^ THIS... but without a severance package for the layoff ...unable to file for unemployment cuz our job was deemed "illegal"...and still having a bunch of the $ we worked our ass off for still untouchable @ this point.... IMO its like Donald Trump saying YOU'RE FIRED and then tossing you off the top floor of the Trump Towers onto a 20' x 20' pile of SHIIITTT laying on the ground to break your fall....which you then must subsequently climb out of before you suffocate from excessive shit exposure....

    Yea that was just my optimistic and fairly un-educated(from a government POV) opinion....obv i don't expect them to be thinking of anything else but their own situation this close to an election....or ever rly for that matter...

    I just received e-mail from Bluff DB saying NO PROBLEM with US players on PokerHost.....anybody receive same mail & anyone familiar with PokerHost????.......thx for reply....from a player in severe poker withdrawel.:)
