Hope that if those SCUMBAGS who stole money or cheated or owe money to FTP get to be pointed out and reminded of their unlawful actions, especially if they receive a bad beat and the winner
celebrates and all others feel free to comment also that what goes around comes around.
  7. I wonder if they got negreanu to write the new rule for them

In short...hell yeah! Make that shipper reveal something.
  9. Thank god. It was getting ridiculous where some dealers would scold you for even opening your mouth at the table.

  10. Glad they listened to me.. was playing at WSOP St. Louis..and called over the floor and said that was ridiculous rule not being able to talk heads up. Told them that was what poker was all about. Told them that was how the game became popular. Also told them they take the excitement out of playing not being able to celebrate. Hey, sure I am not the only one..glad they started to listen.

  15. so you can speak freely about your hand after you have folded and were HU, been awarded the pot or are facing an all in last to act?
    big woop

"If no other player in the hand has a decision to make, you can speak freely."

prob just a poorly worded rule, but the way this reads to me, basically, you can only speak when there is no pot being played...LOL

  16. Good changes...so the execs decided that it hurt tv viewership by having 9 silent guys playing poker.
  17. yeah i don't even get what's being said here... You can talk unless someone has a decision to make in the hand?? What does that even mean?

  18. basically anytime you're heads up in a pot you can talk... just you're not allowed to talk and reveal your hand when there are multiple opponents in the pot. for instance on the flop there are 3 players, player A bets first, hes not allowed to talk about his hand at this point, player b then folds... now player A can talk to player C about his contents of his hand if he wishes.

that makes sense to me, but isn't what the rule says...

If you are HU, you have an opponent which means another player has a decision they have yet to make. "If no other player in the hand has a decision to make"
kind of stupid, seeing as there is ALWAYS another player when a hand is being played, lol.

I hope it is just a poorly worded or misquoted rule, because if not, its just terrible.
  20. FINALLY!!..im so sick of getting yelled at by the dealers for talking....stoked about this summer!!

Its only when you're last to act and everyone else in hand is ALL IN (only you left to act, no one else has a decision to make) that you can tell them what you have. It doesn't have anything to do with just being HU, I assume if 3 people were all in and you were last to act you could verbally reveal your hand under the new rule.
