Hey guys! I'm currently at the above listed level of rush and I have some questions on my leaks that I have noticed. Examples: AJ, AQ, and suited connectors in mid position. If the pot has been opened before me what do you guys suggest and why? As far as low pocket pairs, what positions are appropriate to raise and how to act effectively post flop? With the pocket pairs, anything below 55 even worth playing in reality? A general question here to with AK; if I face a raise do I re-raise? If I open is three times still an appropriate raise? If I wiff the flop should I continue bet if I'm first to act? I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions!

I'll take a stab at this...
Assuming no HUD or info on any other players: if someone raises utg/EP, I would just fold AJ in MP. No point trying to guess in a situation where yr likely to be flipping at best, dominated at worst. Different story obv if you're in LP/B. I would be more aggressive with AQ tho but obv there's a ton of factors to take into account here, there's no hard fast rule.
Suited conns : if the call is cheap relative to your stack and yr opponent's, I would play 78s + here in MP. Again, it's all a matter of taste tho - nothing wrong with just junking it, you won't have long to wait in Rush til a better hand comes along.
Personally I'd raise any pair LP in an unopened pot and ditch low pairs EP.
I'd be more likely to 3bet AK if I'm gonna be out of position on flop, otherwise I usually flat but again there's too many other variables to give a definitive answer.
Tbh I find the biggest profit in rush comes from re-steals. You have to be prepared to 3bet light when facing a LP raise, as a fair percentage of time they're on a steal. If they re-pop it you know you're probably beat and can get out.
Just my two cents. -
I appreciate your response!
