Hey Guys,

Just wanted to give you guys some information in regards to the update that occurred last night.

1. Seating Limit for HU Tables: Players will only be allowed to wait on one HU table per stake. Meaning, that if you are currently waiting for an opponent on a $1/$2 HU table, you will not be allowed to sit at another $1/$2 HU table till you have an opponent on your first table. Once you have an opponent at that table, you may sit at another $1/$2 table. If your opponent leaves the table, then you will be informed that you are about to be removed from the table you were waiting on.

2. Sit In/Sit Out: For tournaments: If you select sit out while playing in a tournament, and you are moved to a table while you are sitting out, you will remain sitting out till you select: 'Im Back'. For Ring Games/Tournaments: Selecting 'I'm Back' or set 'Sit Out Next hand' to off, you will be sat back in.

3. Synchronized breaks will now occur even if the tournament is in late registration.

Please let me know if you see any issues with these updates or errors. We also have some great new features coming up in the very near future.

I'll go out on a limb here and say they won't say anything.

We are working on a Layout Manager for our poker client. Unfortunately, there is not a date for the feature to be released. This is a high priority though.

Also, I know there are several other threads that I have not posted in. I wanted to let you guys know that I am directing the correct departments to these threads. I want to make sure all suggestions/concerns are addressed by the correct people, as I work strictly in the Product Department for the poker client. I want to make sure that I only give out information that I know is 100% correct.

One other thing about sync breaks. Rebuys have 3 minute breaks during addon/rebuy. That is fine, but when the add/rebuy period lines up with sync breaks as many are scheduled to do then that break should really be 5 minutes. I can do alot of stuff in 5 minutes but not so much in 3.

Also tournaments that end during the time that break starts really shouldn't go on break before awarding the prize.

Oh, have you noticed the break clock hits 1 second at the 1 minute mark?

I has been doing it for a few years John. The countdown says 5minutes, 4 minutes, 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 second...then immediately switches to 59 seconds and then does a second countdown...it is rather annoying.

So instead of saying 1 minute and going to the countdown..it says 1 second

fix the steal action feature. numerous times im playing fulltilt and stars and ub and go to enter a bet and press return and bam i make a stupid raise on ub. I then lose a big pot because i was trying to raise on fulltilt or something and bust out of that tourny. i stopped playing on ub for now because this happens all the time.

As of yesterday it was still happening. That same screenshot was sent into AP support on March 30th and received the ticket number of....

How halfway thru the Trip 10 series can you lower the guarantees from 5k to 4 k, since the points are based on the prize pool everyone who cashed in the 5K's have a huge advantage over the rest who are now playing 4K tournys where the same finish yields less points?????????

I also just switched 2 Windows7 and am now having the AP software stop responding and have to be restarted several times a day, almost hourly at times...is this widespread or should i be looking for probs on my end????

Hey Guys,

Wanted to let you guys know that PT and HM are not reading the HH correctly. We updated our HH ID with the prefix letter 'C' last night and it is affecting the way PT and HM read the files. Both PT and HM are aware of the issue as it was brought up on their forums. I have also sent an email to both companies informing them that if they need any additional information, to contact me.

This should not be affecting Tournaments as those HH IDs were not changed. Only Ring Game HH IDs were changed. The only change to the ID was adding the letter 'C' to the start of the string of numbers that represent each unique hand.

Yes it is annoying...and more so because it has been like this for 2 years now. However silly it may seem to you Ugotook...I find it assanine that it has been this way for 2 years without UB/AP noticing it and correcting it.

Next time you comment make it something productive or shut up entirely.
