Seems fine tbh, if he has an overpair he should call river. It looks like a standard missed air c/r

I'm assuming he is ready15 w either a deuce or Ts full and didn't get enough value out of his opponent whom he believes has an overpair....?

he is obv ready15 as he says he had 1010. It is easy for villain to squeeze that weak flop lead with overcards (looks like he must've had overs by turn check and river fold) and so only calling the weak lead was the right play to set a trap for the villain to reraise. Although, as played on flop, I like to show agression by leading 35-40% of the pot on the turn. This could be disguised as a feeler bet and potentially played back at by overcards. I don't believe there is any player capable of folding an overpair to a turn lead either. If you get a call, it's an easy ship on any river card imo, but you could go to value town to get the call from med-high pairs.
