10 handed and im on the button, everyone limped in, avg stack is 300, i have a stack of 800, villain 1 has a matching stack and villain 2 has almost 300. i dont have much reads on villain 1, he hasnt been playing many hands at all and when i got to the table he was already at 800, villain 2 reads are he seems to like to trap, just calling the flop and turn and check raising the river, never shows a hand tho. hes about 70yrs+ quiet wont talk.
villain 1 is in mp villain 2 is cutoff im on button.
everyone limps in, villain1 makes it 6, everyone calls including villan2, im on the button with AKo, i 3bet to 30, folds to V1 and he smooth calls after thinking for a min, then V2 insta ships it all in for 280...HERO?? -
If V1 had AA or KK does he think for a minute before just calling? I doubt it. he'll fold and your trapper has med prs and lots off worse broadway hands than yours in his range, he wouldnt have just called with a big pair with only u and the blinds left to act i wouldn't think.. Ship and get V1 out seems + EV

guys over 50 n he "likes to trap" meh prob just sigh folding here doubt he has aq or aj in his range n more weighted towards pairs JJ+. You got 30 invested def prob finding a muck here n probably not telling many plyrs bout it. Against someone capable i could see a shove/call, but if he is making most of his moves post n not active enough pre i fold here. With the semi limited info provided i fold had he been tilted tho or any other dynamics i can see a shove being fine. Interested to here other replies tho

in my experience this is AA or KK given the read; good fold.

v2 looks like its heavily weighted towards medium pairs and v1 can very likely have some of your outs but most likely he is not flatting with aq aj but rather hands with more implied odds like 10s js hell even maybe qqs but dont give him too many kks or aas since u obv have the blockers to that.
in cash games u can find much better spots to get your money in now if u feel like gambling iso jammmmmmmmmmmmm it up and squeeze out those jjss and win the race better then firing off 250 in the pits thats for sure. -
It's JJ+ for this old nit about every single time.
-
what if this wasnt a cash game, but was a tourney scenario? would you ship it in?
-
This is never ever a call. It's always JJ + and usually leans more toward QQ+. This actually isn't even a decision for you. The biggest mistake made in cash games hands down is over playing AK. very easy fold. (not saying it like that to be a dick. Just saying this as bluntly as possible so you understand to never call here unless villain is a psycho.)

true alright , and i always tell my friends to stop over playing AK and i shoulda listened to my own advice, for some reason i thought villain was making a move.
anywyas i ended up shoving, V1 folded and V2 had KK, flop was KQJ, no 10 came and V2 tid and instantly left. V1 said he had JJ.

Another fold (TheRo81) on a milestone hand (in fact, he then left the table during the hand)
