  1. Ok so i was playin 1-2nl with a few friends and a couple ppl i have never met before at my buddies house. ended up stacking up to about 800 off my original 200 buy in when this hand took place.
I raised to 10 utg with QQ, everyone was playin a bit loose and usually 4 ppl to every flop in a 9 handed game. 2 callers, one in mp (700$ stack -semi tight player) and one from the bb (1300$ stack) and bb had been playin every pot and sucked out a flush to crack a set about 5 mins earlier all in on the flop to dbl thru, so i knew this guy was crazy. ok heres were it gets interesting flop comes down Q73 rainbow, I lead out for 15 hoping to get repopped obv. mp raises to 45 and to my surprise bb flat calls the 45. i have no idea what to put bb on, i put mp on 3's,7's or even possibly JJ or aq. im not tryin to push anyone out of this hand considering im holding the nuts at this point, so i flat call. turn comes 5 and i check, mp bets 100 once again bb flats and i raise to 275. they both call. im thinking WTF at this point no way did bb call with 46 and im hoping to get max value from mp who i assume has a big hand. river comes 6 im like doh! but how can i put either of these players on a 5. well anyway bb bets out 300 and mp flat calls leaving himself with like 50 bucks lol.........wtf do i do here? what would u do? id like some discussion and i will post results including a fist fight that ensues after the hands are flipped up.

BOARD READS Q73 rainbow, turn 6 again rainbow board, and river is 5

    would u call the river?

muck assume one of these clowns has 44 or q4 or some shiet?

how bout the turn....should i just jam the turn right here ? or try to get more money in the pot?

knock one of them out before hands are flipped up or wait till after hands flipped up?

  2. So what hand did you lose to? 55 or 46?
  3. prefer a lil discussion then i will post results soon jaybone. trust me its worth the wait. it ends in a bloody mess, luckily no cops were called.

  4. LOL... I've seen that in MTT's all to often! I'd hate to see it in a cash game like this. There is so much money in the pot its almost a must call, unless the rest of your chips behind mean that much to you. But sense a fight breaks out I'm assuming the loose player called down with sh!t and caught. gg
  5. you beat 55 or q5.....a 4 give them the strait

raise to 165 after the flop imo
  6. winner has pocket 4s?....repopped to 45 on the flop trying to steal? although 45 isnt much... im f'in clueless
  7. I really can't imagine why a fight would ensue over a hand, so it must be something completely different.

If someone is playing that loose in a cash game, I'll actually bet much more on the flop, and if they call, I'll shove the turn in this situation.

You might think you're killing action, but I don't know how many times in home games I've done this and was called because players will sometimes play this crazy. If you think there's a strong chance they call, then you bet as much as you think they'll call.

Just my opinion from playing in hyper loose NL home cash games. Not any type of opinion for standard 1/2 NL online.
  8. you misplayed the flop. U said you were hoping to get raised and u did but also with a caller. At that point the pot is already pretty big, you should of repopped it with the hope to isolate. The turn will be all in.
  9. edited original post......oops i meant 44 or q4 , which neither had in the end btw

  10. CALL

    Mp has 37s

BB misread his hand thought he had str8 but only 2pr w/ 75

#1 BB realizes that 2pr was beat and wants $300 back you say no b/c you obv won hand and hes a fucking idiot then fight breaks out and you fuck him up!!!(Hidden Brag Post) Luckily no one calls cops

#2 BB slowplayed AA flips his cards you say i got you he assumes you hit miracle str8 and flips over tbl charges you, you hit him in head he swings back misses and then you take nearest lamp gg bb. You then proceed to cashout with $2200 profit and throw $100 to friend who owns house for lamp. Getting hotter or colder?
  11. nobody has even come close to the hand bb was holding

  12. I'm guessing that the guy who was agressively betting had AQ or KQ, maybe even a pocket pair and was trying to push everyone out.

The guy left with 50 didn't have a st8 cuz if he did, he would've just put the remaining 50$ in.
Alot has to do with knowing who you're playing with amungst other things, but I would've CALLED.
  13. aces... kings?
    stabbing in the dark
  14. this anticipation build up is worse than wen i dont have sex for a week!!! tell us!

    QQ?
  16. just tell us.
  17. By what the OP is saying, I'm starting to think it was 42 (runner, runner for strait). 4 gives the strait, I realize, but calling on the flop with 42 is what made someone extremely mad.
  18. k 4!!! i think he has k4!!! offsuit!!!
  19. I like the QQ answer. that might start a fight.
  20. 98 suited

  21. 4 8
  22. POST ALREADY I WANT TO DISCUSS FIGHT

That's exactly what I was thinking.
  24. haha qq woulda been interesting lol, ok enough anticipation. bb had k4 offsuit, im still tryin to figure out wtf he was doing, mp had 33 for bottom set so i shoulda stacked him for his 700$.
As im sitting there in complete shock while hes scooping the pot i say to him wtf were doing? why the fuck did u call the flop? the turn? the reraise on the turn? he says FUCK U SHIP IT, i turn to him and say u ignorant piece of shiet, while getting a bit in his face and he shoves me down to the ground, i get back up and throw a right hook that lands dead on his chin, he looks shook and stumbles around a bit, he grabs his beer bottle and whips it at me and it hits me in the chest. i charge him and tackle him and begin pounding on his face while all my buddies pull me off the guy (i think they let me pound him a few times before breaking it up lol) pretty sure i broke his nose, blood was gushing all over my boys carpet. the guy was just a friend of a friend that was invited to the game so nobody really had his back. he ended up leaving the game in a hurry without his $. i split it with my boy who was running the game partially to buy a new rug and as an apology for wooping ass in his house.
guy called my friend the next day asking for his $ and told him i would have to pay for his hospital bill, my friend in turned laughed at him and hung up on him. we havent heard anything back yet. crazy experience poker is a wild game i think he def deserved his ass whooping. luckily he didnt call the cops, we both prob woulda been arressted.

  25. LOL
i think you are playing too high for yourself
  26. hahahaha i was going to say who the hell held QQ as well LOL...i hope that wasn't the case...rigged obv

edit....so you basically stole the dude's money and split it with your boys - you are an ashole...way to go. don't be mad if you get shot or stabbed in the future, what goes around comes right back around at you...also, you can't blame someone for how he or she plays...if he chose to gamble with practically nothing, you should be happy; unlucky for you he hit his straight...i would be hunting for you if that was me!
  27. cliffnotes

    - flop nuts w/ qq

    - shudda stack bot set

    - BB calls away 330 w/ a back door gutshot/gutshot

    - Blam BB hits and start racking in the moolah

    - You question his dumbass play he acts as ignorant fuck

    - Your tbl tilt snaps he gets fucked up

    - Dumbass leaves without his money but with broken nose

    - You split 1/2 the $ w/ friend

Moral of story if folded the river you would have been left with $300 the call was ev++ resulting in about $1200+++ ...sometimes its profitable to call when you're behind on river
  28. Nice, the guy tries to make a donation but gets lucky and you fuck him up.

What a sore loser. If you win the pot would you have thanked him or still beat his ass for being stupid?
  29. The unfortunate thing is that its poker and anyone has the right to play any 2 cards they feel like blowing their money on. I would have left it at that, however if he shoves/hits me then I'd proceed to wreck his face. But I don't think I would have said much other then "thats fuckiing sick... you're terrible". Unfortunately every donkey has his day.
  30. lol @ the guy never getting his money. wtf is that guy thinking saying fuck u ship it after playing so bad and not knowing anyone except the person who invited you. -EV to talk shit at a home game when you dont know anyone obv.
