  1. Had just doubled up in last 10hands, gearhead seems competent, and iv seen him shove/ over bet his bigger hands. But also make some weird calls. Is this standard shove? Or do i keep chiping up playing smaller pots seeing flops. ohh and where 3 away from ft.

  2. Average donkey, calling all day.

But, you have a read. You said he's overbet his big hands. That is scary here. I'm not looking to fold to chip up, but if i'm behind, I want out.

What hands in these spots has he shown down? Is he doing this with A10 or AK?

With your read, I think I'm going to hit the fold button, but with that pit in my stomache wondering if it's the right move.
  3. Hmm, I'd be hard pressed to fold here. You really need to look at more information before making a decision.

How has he been treating LP raises in general? I know you said he has been shoving his top hands, but how many times have you seen him shove without showing down? How are ppl responding to him when he plays back? is he inducing a lot of folds? are ppl playing scared?

Most importantly, how does he perceive you? What is your image? Are you opening a lot of pots, esp in LP when folded to you? This is very important.

You really should be opening like nearly atc when folded to you, esp if the blinds are playing straightforward. Their stacks are such that, if they are straight forward players, and they repop, you can fold ur rags without thinking twice. If they wanna take a flopwith you OOP you shouldn't be to worried about that.

If you have been even half way aggro in LP and the villian has shown an interest in reshoving/3 betting with any amount of frequency, then I think you need to call. Granted, I'm not ecstatic about it, but folding this seems exploitable. And if you do fold ur really gonna need to nit it up and wait for a big hand which, really, just isn't realistic on the ft bubble.
  4. based on stated image FOLD.
  5. thanks for all that

But has been folding ever time i opend his bb/sb and his button hasnt playd back at me at all. But he showed basic understanding of endgame play. The rest have just been folding to make the ft and notplaying back at me or him at all unless they have something.

Not sure how much attentention he has been paying to me, but i had been 3beting and opening alot, i skimed thru hands at his prevous table before he was shifted, and there was a hand 4 limpers to the pot all with 10-15bbs and he shoved JJ he had 40+BB's

This could be painfull but these were the last 30 hands together before this spot. After reviewing hands i realize how bad i played this....... 3 bet with A10 easy fold hmmm.
