Make it $38 and if he shoves it be about 999999% sure youre beat and toss it away. I dont think you can just fold for $10 and I dont think just calling the $10 more is right cause what happens when a nasty card like a Jd comes off then what do you do. Better to find out right now IMO

raising to the point you commit half your stack at this hand for information is horrible, against a 11/8 opponent a fold is the best and only option.
