    this hand just happened and I was imediately moved to a new table so I dont have the HH but am wondering if I made the right play.
    blinds 75-150, an unknown with less than 5k raises to 450 in second pos.
    I am right behind with AK and a little over 12k, I raise it up to 1500
    fcarrico has about 9k right behind me and shoves all in very quickly, shortstack also shoves
    what is your play here????

    I am definitely folding. I also probably smooth call preflop to avoid this, but definitely fold to the shove. Fcarrico's range is no worse than JJ+ AK... maybe even QQ+, at least I would be EXTREMELY shocked if it was... and I don't think you are priced to call with AK against that range.

    thanks for the post SCT. Looking back on it now it is a clear fold, but after I folded fcarrico showed QQ and the shortstack 88 and I second guessed myself. Now hypothetically, had I smoothcalled and farrico makes it 2k or a little more, now what is your play???
