    prolly fold, gags is a huge nit especially in a 6 max when hes got chips. i dont think he ever 3bets lite here

    this is gonna be pretty read dependent so how about a little more info

    1 how has original raiser been playing

    2 how has gags been playing? 3betting often?

    3 how does gags view you?

    4 how often will gags 5bet light if you squeeze here

    i mean the default play here is to flat, but if there is any history between the two of you and there have been a lot of 3/4bets, raise calling could be ok IF you think he'll tool with worse hands, im not saying he will

    Yeah FG? I know gags is laggier than the average bear but do you really think he is 5 bet shipping things like AT or 99 or God knows what else for 60bbs even 6 max? Most random villains are not cold 4 ball/folding in this spot giving (insert really good reg) a profitable ship lightish in this spot, are they?

    idk how this table has been playing, but gags' 3b range with these stacks and position is absurd, flatting is just going to let him rape us and play very well post flop in position, 4 betting makes him go 'omg im gonna get this guy to 4b/fold like Jacks here' and shove T3o, 4b/call/profit/be absurdly pissed when he actually shows AA, considering there are 12 combos of T3o and only 6 combos of AA, really ul

    I actually agree with the first part and know he can have anything from the all-powerful T3o to AA. If this were a typical 4 bet I'd agree with everything you said but this is a cold 4-ball. Even with the looseness of 6max I think OP will "fold out worse shove with better" if he cold 4 bets Gags in this spot.

    I still think OP is better off flatting here so long as he doesn't fold to the first bit of trouble . I'd rather station a couple of streets where Gags barrels worse than be so quick to get it in here.

    And, of course, Gags in this spot is synonymous for "ranked pro who rapes". I don't think I am really saying too much about Gags' play or range in this post, and I've never played against him 6 max so I'm pretty much guestimating things here. I know the folks at the "other" site discourage that sort of thing sometimes.

    gags isnt folding AK, prolly doesnt 3bet AQ but is possible. either way even if ur up vs QQ+ AK whatever equity ur behind his actual get it in range assuming theres no spazzy air (which theres gotta be some non 0 %) is made up for by the mere amount they both fold and u pick up like the 3k pot

    i 5b air a non 0 percent of the time?...seriously dave? seems absurdly bad to 5bet someone without KK+.

    so i forgot about this thread and lost the HH but I ended up flatting, other dude too. Flop was K high i just folded and it played out weird but the other guy folded to Gags on the river.
