  2. Well calling here out of position for over 25% of your stack when 20prince just stuck 40% of his stack in there and is likely committed is a bad move. That leaves shove or fold.

What is your read on 20prince? Is he capable of squeezing here with weak holdings? hoffa is still in the pot as well.

It might be weak tight of me, but without any other read, I probably look for a better spot with almost 40xBB in my stack.

  3. hoffa is super weak tight and I was not worried about him at all.. I had been fairly aggressive and I'm sure that prince could have picked up on both of these facts and tried to squeeze pretty light.

  4. Fold...

20prince raised over a raise and a caller, there is no way you can call him with AQo. Unless you have some sort of read on the other players involved in the hand. I'd put 20prince on QQ+ most likely, unless he's throwing out some sort of bluff. Either way, I'm not going to risk a quarter of my stack to see a flop. Fold.
  5. Looks like a standard Fold to me.. Or shove if your feeling like sucking out again.
  6. I wasn't considering calling, I was considering shoving. Because of the fact that there is a raise AND a call I think it's much more likely that he would be on a move here.

  7. Just makes no sense in shoving to hopefully be flipping here...I do not think he squeezes here with the raiser and caller with AJ, A10 etc....if you shoved and he called and flipped jj would you be happy to flip at this point of the tourney (40BB)????
that is a question...i would like to know your answer.....
    good discussion, keep it coming

  8. It doesn't look like he's folding after putting in almost half of his stack, and after re-raising your early raise, (unless on a squeeze), he's representing AK/22+. So you're either dominated or looking at a race.

I don't like calling here and playing AQ out of position. Unless you hit top two pair or trip Queens, you're probably looking to check-fold. If you re-raise all in and race and lose, you're down to 13 BBs, if you fold you still have almost 40 BBs, which is enough to play poker with. Winning, of course, would put you in real good shape with well over 100 BBs.

    I'm folding.
  9. His raise seems like either JJ 1010 or AK - i'd say fold and look for a better spot
  10. FOLD YOU DONKEY

  11. Push, you yourself said you thought he was making a squeeze play on you.... if thats truly what you thought than push.
  12. agreed rush. however ive been in the same spot a few times lately with AQ, and i layed it down because i had no reliable information on my opponents tendencies. i suppose the way u play this hand is entirely read dependent. if hes a smart player capable of the squeeze (and u feel that is what hes doing), then shove. if hes a tight player fold, or if you dont have a read fold.
