  2. I'd probalby fold preflop depending on what villain has been playing like post flop. From his line on this hand, it looks like he is probably using his huge stack to his advantage very aggressively...that's the type of chip leader you especially want to avoid calling a raise from without a big hand. You have enough stack to not need to play 9T against an aggressive chipleader, even for such a small raise.

Assuming you called, i think check/raising this board is probably the worst thing you can do because you have to put in so much of your stack without much info on his hand so far. If you lead and he reraises you, you have the opportunity to 3bet allin if you think he's making a move, or fold if you think you're beat. He must be raising and 3betting with a very wide range given his monsterous chip lead...so you really need to just go with your read and put it in on the flop with a bet/3bet, or give up if he raises your flop lead.
  3. Just lead on flop. This board looks good to just about any pocket pair. He could have had 44-88 and taken you off the best hand.

This big stack is probably abusing the FT bubble so you need to lead the flop and if reraises, you can either fold or put him all in.
  4. So you're getting about 3.37:1 pot odds to see the flop , which is not bad . Ideally you want to dump a hand like this to a button raiser , but you may be able to punish him for making such a small button raise with all those antes in play .

If you estimate that you have about 1/4.37 ~ 22.88% favorable flops , then calling is a bit better than folding . How do we define a favorable flop?

Any flop with a 9 or 10 high is in our favour and any straight/2 pair/trips or open ended straight draw is in our favour . If you account for all these possibilities , I believe calling pre is a bit better than folding .
  5. the prob with leadign flop is it looks so weak

  6. Leading the flop may look weak, but you leading allows you to put him to a decision rather than the other way around, unless he shoves over your raise. It also allows you to get away from the hand easier if you want. As you played it, half your stack is in the pot and youre basically forced to play it out. I think you should be looking to get it in on this flop anyway, because what else are you hoping to hit when you make this call preflop?
  7. just cuz i played hte hand doesnt mean i wnat to go all in

  8. I think you played it alright... i would've called pre as well cuz i dont want him to steal my blinds that easy, i like to put up a fight especially with a nice drawing hand like 9T...but instead of c/r the flop for only 270k .. i would just c/shove to put him to the test...cuz if ur a tricky player and he sees that he might shove with air thinking that u c/r him with air.
  9. FOLD PREFLOP

  10. WHY ARE YOU IN THIS HAND TO BEGIN WITH?????
