I need someone to post 5 laptops that can support this monitors resolution of 2560x1600 http://www.pokerstars.com/vip/store/...amp;prod=el-06
All laptops will have to be $1300 or lower. If 5 is not possible the highest number of laptops win.
$11 will be sent on stars from (rat sauce 89)

Don't think that possible unless you find one used.
-
i would go with most any dell laptop most of their lap tops are under 1300 with one or 2 at about 1300 the only problem i see with laptops now is they all come with vista

macbook pro ftw

OK, I've done some more research... it looks like the NVIDIA GeForce 8M series of graphics processors can drive dual-link DVI at 2560x1600 (or two flat panels at up to 2048x1536). There are plenty of laptops with this GPU

Does that seem like a pretty good laptop? I'll be playing 25+ tables at a time with the laptop and the 30" monitor. Like is the processor decent? Im not all that familiar with quality computers. -
yeah it should but i would probly get a dell from the new site i posted up. Dells i dont personally like them all that much but u cant beat their customer service. Now let me check one last thing.. You might need a port for like dmi on the laptop.
-
its tough to say what port the monitor has because i cant see model number and such on it. But seems like u need that one graphics cards and a HDMI port. Unless you get a docking station that has those ports.
-
i would think that the new dells would. You can modify it to the way u want and i like that alot. But yeah the new macbooks have to. My buddy got one and it is sick.
-
alright yeah i was looking more into the dell one it has the option for a hdmi port. if you look at the dell website i sent u it has it right there. I would get a cpu with 2.0ghz or above for max preformance while playing ur sit and goes.

It says the max external resolution is 1920x1200 -
interesting... i still think it should work. That will be as close as you can get. I know people that it doesnt totally match up but it still works. For example when a couple of my buddies play xb360 on their monitors. Right now that is as close as you can possibly get with the laptops at this point. They can always update the drivers when they update the graphic cards.
