this hand would have put me at the final table 4 to 1 fav casino donk caught it oh well one of these days nothing i could do there

so close just came up short

finish 15th out of 1134 for the 2nd time today

  2. 1st hand you either push or fold pre there since you're short stacked. You were pot committed once he reraised you and probably behind, which you wound up being dominated.

The second hand I fold pre. No need wasting the extra 2k chips with an awful starting hand that could only get you in trouble, which it did and wound up costing you some cash.

3rd hand nothing you can do suck outs happen.
  3. First hand I think is a coin flip either way---push or fold. You probably made the raise you did in order to look stronger and letting the table know you were pot committed. Kinda depends on table dynamics if preflop raises have been taking down the blinds or not. The problem with pushing or raising with KQ UTG is that everyone is still left to act and will only likely get called by a better hand. This might be offset a little by the fact that you raise/push UTG and will get a little more respect.

Fold 92off preflop--even for the completion amount.

We have all been on both sides of KK vs. 99. Sweet when you are the 99 and tough when you are the KK. Looks like you both played it fine.

    Best of luck

  4. #1:Hate to say it, 4XBB EP Raise with KQo is very questionable; reraise means you are beat and must fold. Smaller raise would be easier to fold. Many P5ers would likely say don't even play it at all.

#2: I busted out of AP100K 10 spots from the money with Top 2 pair on turn after flop was 3 hearts, queen high. My opponent did not seem the least bit scared of my top pair top kicker (AQ) bet on the flop, calling quickly, which I should have noticed. He had flopped nut flush (AKh), and my top 2 pair (A on turn) push sent me to the rail. If they are playing back with a board of all one suit, they have the goods. In this case, any spade has you toasted.

#3: You played this right-money in as 80% favorite. That's poker!
