    My friend got the last of the 600 original seats yesterday afternoon. Later last night they decided to add 80 more seats (40 on each day). Haven't seen the updated pay scale yet, but should be nice! I expect the seats to fly away today and tomorrow once people find out there are new seats...so if you don't have yours yet -- better not wait any longer!

    Final role call? Who's gonna be there -- where you all sitting?

    Sat -- Table 15 seat 2.

    Good luck to all P5ers...let's have one of us take this thing down!
    ***Sorry all, seems they were debating adding the seats, got my friend in, and then changed their mind and decided to do an alternates list instead. Sorry for the confusion and false hopes.

    I playing Friday - Table 11.

    Weeeeee - hopefully that means more dead money (other than me)

    FWIW - I am pretty sure that the table numbers should be read as follows:

    Table 11 = Table 1-1. So row 1, table 1. I think that they break tables from the back of the room to the front, so if you are sitting at table 11 (1-1), 12 (1-2), 13(1-3), 21(2-1), 22(2-2), or 23)2-3 you should wind up staying at the same table the entire day. (someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

    i just called and asked about this and the lady laughed at me asking where i heard this and that there are no seats added. But there is an alternates list, but you have to be there by friday at 9am and put your name on the list via phone.

    anyone have an extra seat? :-)

    Yes, its just a rumor and there is no plans at all of adding seats. Alternates list is all, and I doubt I make th drive as the 29th alternate.

    Lame.

    I was there this morning(10:00 am thru 1:30 pm), they were continually announcing that the event was sold out.

    Funny that they said it was a rumor....as my friend got in after the 600 was sold out....who knows. I've always found that half the people at hard rock have no clue what's going on...and usually there are different versions of everything depending on who you talk to.

    Talked to poker room manager. Tried to pre reg Saturday by saying I was out of town (b/c I live within a 4 hours drive they wont pre-reg me) They told me to call Monday and talk to the poker room manager and he might make an exception. Didn't matter as it was already sold out when I talked to him today.

    i dont see why they cant just have it where you can register over the phone with a credit card, kinda ridiculous to have to drive a few hours to just register for it.....maybe next time.

    It's looking like I got screwed out of my seat. Had someone buy it and he got a seat assignment in his name. Can't be transferred to me.

    Anybody have a voucher with no seat assignment to sell?

    yeh there is no such 80 added seats. Very pissed right now but my fault of course. Just never anticipated them actually selling this thing already. Figured Id come today and buy in since i was working all weekend and hard to get over there. Then I see this post this morning about added seats and was like sweet....

    So I go there and there is no such thing. Floor man was even curious of such silly talk by me that he went and double checked with the tournament director but bad beat me no ticket. Anyone have an extra seat won or know of anyone wanting to sell plz PM me cuz I'll buy the seat.

    ps..bad beat jackpot was around 200k this a.m. Wonder if it gets hit b-4 the big event?!?!

    Aware of that...just more frenzied 1/2 2/5 blue hairs going crazy trying to hit it. Will be interesting weekend for sure.

    I was at the table that hit it the Thursday before the first supersatelitte. Wish it was 200k when it hit that time, was like 80k, got 2600 for being at the table.

    i once switched tables with a guy so he could play w/ his friend..obvioulsly he hit the royal and won like 9854884948845K.. I lost a buy in or 2..lol

    This may be a dumb question either way but, anyone know if the cash games our going to be running, i dont see how they wouldnt be ,but then i cant see how they would be???

    last night at the dog track in naples, I filled up on the turn with kq, he hit the diamond royal on me for 14k. I hope they are running, I am staying the weekend to play the tourney and cash games.

    I was at the Hard Rock all day yesterday and never heard anything about them adding 80 more seats. There is a alternate list but thats it to my knowledge. On Sat. im at table 19 seat 4. Gl all............AAHallum

    I know who that person is...she's not very nice to begin with - doesn't shock me that she's trying to profit like this -- probably because there's no way she'd cash otherwise!!!
