1st withdrawal from UB

    Has anyone had problems with withdrawing money from UB? I initiated the transaction this past Saturday and I'm well aware that banks are closed on Saturday.

    I've made numerous withdrawals from stars and they seem to post to my checking account within 2-3 days.

    UB takes a bit longer than stars, especially your first withdrawl (i'd say 7-10 days). Is it going to your bank account or Netteller? If it is going to netteller, your netteller email has to be the same as your UB email. Hope that helps.

    It's going to my personal checking acct.

    I sent them an email but they said it's still "in processing"

    Its much longer if you are not using a 3rd party processor.

    A UB withdrawal can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. I have 5 outstanding now, record length of time, even for UB. Don't worry about it, it'll get there eventually.
