  1. The structure on these things is awesome, 40bbs average at FT. Why do they take so long to fill?
  2. Cause they take forever and the payout structure sucks.
  3. agreed on taking a long time (although this isn't always a bad thing...). I think the big reason they take so long to fill is because they have to directly compete with the 2.20 180-mans, and people are just much more willing to play those since it's a bigger prize-pool and take less time to run.

I like how the 90-mans are a slower structure and actually have room to "play poker" in and not just be a good push/fold player, but nevertheless, people would rather go for a shot at more $$ in less time.
  4. I had started to play the 90's thinking it would be an easier way to get through the field, but came to realize real fast that you can finish a 180 man in about as much time with a much larger payout.

I suggest playing the 180's over the 90's all day. The 4.40-12 180's are pretty soft, but you have plenty of time to play good poker. I took second in a $12 turbo last night I tried. It isn't really any good poker going on, but if you get good cards and know how to play it right it can pay off. I wouldn't have it as one of my staples though.
  5. The turbo 180's are a crapshoot. Only play those if you have money to waste and just feel like trying to get lucky.

  8. +2 theres a reason there are turbo 18 man grinders cause there beatable and very profitable not close to a crapshoot.
  9. 2.20 180's Pay more. And take less time. And fill up faster than 90 mans.. Gee which one are you going to play? And if I can win them anyone can..
