2/5 NL LIVE hand thoughts

    I am playing 2/5 NL at the Hustler in LA and my table is fairly loose preflop and then very tight postflop... We get into a 6 way limped pot pre and im on the button with 10 7 of clubs... Flop comes down Q 8 9 all clubs... everyone checks and i bet 25 on button and get 2 calls (sb has about $700 and CO has about $1k) ... The 2 callers i have played with for the last 5 hours and one is my buddy and so i am fairly familiar with both of their play...

    turn is and 8h pairing the board.... now board reads Qc 9c 8c 8h

    SB checks, CO bets out 50... I smooth call the 50 and just as i thought SB c/r 100... CO takes a long time and then finally calls (hes my buddy and doesnt hollywood so i know he has an 8 or nut fl draw, not a boat here)... Now my thought process is im very very confident SB has flush because i have seen him play about 5 boats and never ever put in a raise until the next street from where he hit (he tries to be sneaky)... so i figure i beat 6 flushes and lose to 3...

    Anyways though what do u guys do here i want some thoughts on what alot of you would have done here in this spot as we are all three both very deep...

    why do you fold here? can u give me your thought process or what you think he has??
