only been at the table a couple orbits but recognized both villains... villain one has about 300, i have 1100 and villain 2 has 800..
there is a straddle..utg + 1 calls, next guy calls, villain 1 makes it 65. I have aces and make it 150. Villain two flats the raise and it folds back to villain one who flats. Flop is k47.. Villain one goes all in for 160ish. I should have raised but ended up flatting. I just couldnt see what villain two would be flatting a 150 dollar raise pre with except aces or kings maybe qq... Villain two also calls.
Now my question is what range can you put villain two on after he flats the 150 raise pre and just calls the 155 rasie on the flop with about 650 behind on a k47 board and how should i proceed with the rest of the hand. Also, would it change if villain two had 1100 behind instead of 650? Do i check call turn and river or should i be getting my money in each scenario ? Sorry if this is all jumbled. I dont post very many hands. -
With a pot near $1K on the turn, I think a bet of 1/2PSB(400.00 or 500.00 range) is called for. That will pot commit V2. V2 should push or fold the turn or be commited to calling AI on the river for his last $300.00 or $400.00. I don't see a reason to give V2 a free ride to get lucky.
You haven't told us anything to evaluate the play of V2's range. Could be any pair or 10+, AQ+, AJs+ -
I feel like its AK most of the time. KK prolly tries to isolate pre and get it in. 44 and 77 unlikely to try to set mine. QQ/JJ would just fold with a ship and a call. I think im shipping the turn for value assuming villain isnt gonna fold AK with that much invested already. If villain can fold AK, then i would check assuming that then he would shove.

I mean you say that villain is never has jacks, but I think he could have 1010-kk and AK, if you have been really tight then maybe it's AK, QQ and KK, but I think you have to include JJ in there as well.
I would have flatted the flop as well since if you're beat then he obviously calls and if he doesn't have a king then he folds.
Since you only beat QQ, JJ and AK and he is most likely coming over the top with AK with the size of the pot and having top top on that board. I would say he has KK, QQ and JJ. The pot is too big for him to fold to the flop bet and assuming you don't only 3-bet AA, KK and AK he is most likely calling QQ and JJ.
Turn if it's low I probably bet minimum of 250 and max of putting him all in since the pot is so big. Bet small to hope he shoves or just keeps coming along. Or you can just shove if you want, whatever you think he will call more likely.
If you really think he has you beat then you can fold, but I feel like that is a pretty weak play if we're folding AA on this board when really you're only beat by KK. -
You say you recognize the villains but gave us no info so I assume you recognize them as competent players. what's being overlooked is villain 1 he must have a king here at least to raise pre and then lead all-in. So while it plausible for villain 2 to have KK as played pre that would be ultra coolerish for him to have the last two kings. AK is a big part of villain 2s range. As far as the turn you should just play it to get the rest of his stack in. He has a little under $500 correct and there is about $900 in the pot? $200 on the turn and the rest on the river making it a must call with AK. If he has KK oh well not much you can do cause i feel villain 1 must have a king unless he lucked up playing 77 or 44.

Smooth calling ALL-IN was fine, so we can build a side pot- min raising here is an option as well.
His flop call narrows his range IMO to KK, AK, KQs, QQ. Given action, all are plausible.
We can play this two ways on a safe turn card: (questionable turn card is Q or J)
1. bet $275. Of course doing this, may induce villain to shove; so, mentally you already decided to go the distance; bet out on river regardless.
2. Check the turn and see if villain bets; if he does, we'll smooth call him to value town; either way on river, we are betting out.
if he has KK, so beit; we aren't deep enough to get away.
