    Soo....Its around 3am where I live, I'm drunkenly playing some Hds up on Ub and watching the old tape of 2002 wsop and in the crowd I spot Mr. 2004 Greg Raymer...not a big deal, but I'm sure someone else here can confirm this...?

    Didn't actually see Raymer in the crowd per se. However, he did play in that Main Event so it's quite possible that he was in the crowd.

    And why were they shaving Hellmuth's hair?

    all i have to say is im glad varkoni sux at poker. cuz if i had to watch him do good in another event i would put a bullet through my head because of his little gay ass school girl giggle.

    Hellmuth declared he'd shave his head if Varkonyi won at the beginning of the final table. Robert had knocked Phil out earlier with Q10 vs. AK, and Phil knew what a total donk he was. But after watching the entire FT, Varkonyi didn't seem as much of a donk as did the nub guy that called half of his enormous chip lead with AJ vs JJ...though only t soprano could donk away chip leads like that...................

    I'd call Varoknyi with AJ too. All he does is push with any semblance of a hand.

    when you have a ridiculous 35% of the chips in play & have that much of a skill edge? Very dumb if you ask me, even if he puts him on KQ it's a bad call, esp. against a card magnet like varky.

    He was a card rack at that FT. I wish Julian would have beaten him, although a shaved Phil Hellmuth is certainly exciting.
