So I wanted to see if there was interest in a 2010 PLB competition. I was thinking we would making a private leaderboard on pocketfives and include full tilt, pokerstars, and cereus.

Three tier buy ins of 500, 1.5k, and 3k.
If everyone who shows interest wants to change it somehow, I am game.
I am sure we can find someone reputable to escrow. I already posted this on 2 plus 2 and there seemed to be some but not much interest. If we could get pocketfives to be involved I am sure it could be a cool thing to have monthly or weekly updates on. If any administrator wants to inform me on what I would have to do to get the leader board set up that would be great. -
I think this comp would have more interest if you did four different heats (one for each season) and had part of the prizepool going towards the leaders at the end of the year. A year is a long time to commit to. A lot of shit can happen that could affect your ability to play in a year (health, financial, etc). And you figure the serious players are prob going to WSOP which would put them at quite a disadvantage

year long plb bets r meh (or any type of extended period). If any mtt'er needs a 500-3k $ year long prop (assuming field there will be thin edges) to get themselves up to play that session then there prolly screwed.
id be intrested in any type of plb bet/triple crown bet though just a whole year plb bet isnt realistic/exiciting. -
I realize that from the point of view of purely motivation there are better ways to go about this. But i think its a fun gamble for those of us planning on putting in fairly high volume. Not to mention all of the anti sweats it will give us. I am turboking333 on UB by the way, I feel like i've been at your table for every tournament i have played there.
