Two tiers $500 and $5000 - individuals can play in one or the other. Top 50 scores for the year count. pokerstars, Full Tilt, Cereus and Cake count.

www.plbcomp.com for updates - thanks majin!

Late registration is open until February 1st. However, your scores will only count past the date you register. For instance, if you sign up on Jan. 4th - all scores between Jan. 1st-3rd are void. Contest starts for everyone signed up now January 1st.

Send money to apestyles city A monkey avatar. You can send to apestyles (austin) on stars but the winner will receive payment on full tilt because of stars transfer limits. I am 100 percent responsible for payment to the winners of each respective contest.

  5. in for $500

    and sent on stars
  6. in for 5k. Smokrokflock on stars. sent.
  7. sent ftp briha5254

  8. How about i take the top 10 scores from each of this years top 100 plb players scores and you can only use scores from home games?

    Does that sound fair?

The rules were set and i think its take it or leave it.

And then fact that you probably know that a lot of players on this site can't play on a bunch (All?) of the sites you want included means that it looks like a hustle
  9. really confused by this post but

in for the $500.. Sent on FTP from Mcmatto

would consider getting into the higher bracket if the buy in was lowered or it gets a ton of people.

  10. in for 500 ftp

  16. I believe I have heard of stars\tilt (don't remember which) setting up escrow accounts for special contest purpose's (the boku challenge maybe?) . Perhaps they might help out? I'm sure the odds of it happening go up if the email comes from you. GL

  17. I'm writing stars about being an escrow now. If not its not that big of a deal.

I just got an offer from a guy who wanted to do a website for this. How much would it be worth it to you guys to have someone have updates, stats, quotes, etc on its own site? I'd donate 200-300 for the cause since it'd be for the whole year.

  18. yeah id donate the same
  19. sending for the 5k sometime tonight/tomo tx ape

  20. in for the 500, sending before deadline, prishchips31 on ftp.

just a suggestion ape, maybe we could let the registration go on for the first 2 weeks of jan or even the whole month. this would probably help to get a few more people in each tier.

also, i have no prob throwing money up to whoever it is that would keep track of this, but would be a good amount for the people in the $500 tier? $20-30?

    thoughts ape and everyone else?

    sweet.

My problem with letting the late registration go on for very long is lets say next weekend someone wins the sunday million (congrats btw) and decides to join the 5k. It would give a pretty significant edge to them even though we have the whole year to catch up. Thats why I end the registration on sunday. If I can get more votes for leaving registration open I'll do it but thats why I chose not to in the first place.

Up to you for throwing money to the website guy but, yea, I think 20-30 sounds legit for the people in the 500 tier.

Good solution - makes things complicated to track though. What does everyone else think?

  27. changed late registration up until January 15th, scores only count past date of registration.

Working on setting up a site right now. Whoever makes the site should get some sort of tip from the players at the end of the year since it would be a decent amount of work.

  28. how bout extending the reg for 500$ by a week, 23rd Jan, the 5K$ is gonna be good with lesser entries, but the 500$ one should have 25-30 to make it a good competition

  29. 500 sent stars...happy new year
  30. Happy New Years everyone! does anyone have a problem with me keeping late registration open?
