Why not have $2.20 steps to SCOOP? Steap 1A etc///// WHY only $2 euro steps? How was this decision made? This will bring a lot of low limit players to steps...

Man oh man, I can't wait to stay up 14 nights in a row and sleeping through the sunny days. :) Starting times will be rough for me but I've already taken precaution (booking a few weeks of holiday from work) 'cause I wanna play all these events. :D
Well, a few things. Please change either the 2r1a or the 1r1a to a normal rebuy, or maybe make the TBD event a rebuy event.
Love all the different events, the more poker games represented, the better. Don't get rid of the big ante/ante up tournaments, they are fun.
Because I have mondays off, the 2-day events starting on sunday don't bother me, but I can see how they would be really inconvenient for people working/going to school on monday. The events would prob be better off starting on saturday.
And obv, agree with other posters on upping the guarantees. :) -
No worries... and I'm happy to report that after much feedback and discussion, we have the final schedule, which you can view here. A list of changes made based on feedback received follows.

Start on Sunday: great idea - we're doing so
Guarantees: the guarantees have been increased in some cases, notably in the replacements for the Sunday Million. On the first Sunday, the medium and high stakes tournaments in the Warm-Up slot guarantee $1M each. Overall, each Sunday guarantees more than twice what the tournaments in those slots do on a normal Sunday, with $6.75M guaranteed in the SWU/SM slots on 02 May, $6.25M guaranteed in those slots on 09 May, and $10.7M guaranteed in those slots on 16 May, including the Main Events.
PL Omaha - Event 34 - change to 6-max: change made, and we've also added a full ring PLO event earlier in the series
Turbo - MORE! / 2nd Chance (turbo): both of these requests were considered, and we decided to go with offering more turbo tournaments, adding them on Monday nights and the first Saturday night.
Heads-Up (big one) - move to Saturday: done.
Rebuys - add more unlimited, especially 10/100/1000: we have replaced the 2R1A in the schedule with an unlimited rebuy tournament at the requested level.
Have more days with 3 events: done, added events on Monday nights and the first Saturday night.
2 rebuys, 1 add-on - replace with unlimited rebuy: done, see above.
$1M Guaranteed to Winner of $10K Main Event: the Champion of SCOOP Event 38-H, the $5,200 NL Hold'em Main Event
, will walk away with at least $1,000,000 (possibly altered by a deal, naturally).
We now have 38 events total (114 tournaments), and the guaranteed total prize pool is $45,000,000. Satellites will start as soon as possible, after each Event is deployed. (not this week, perhaps next).
The revised schedule can be seen here: SCOOP 2010 - Schedule
Thanks very much to everyone who provided feedback. -
love the first sunday with the 6 max and 2-day, great way to start. new rebuys are much better, overall looks like a fun couple weeks, thx bryan

Not bad Bryan. If you up the guarantees, the crowd will come. Up the guarantees some more, and your servers WILL crash :D
-
way better by a mile and better starting ones also

I would like to voice my displeasure at the change in the PLO tournies. The original schedule was great with finally having a full ring tournament in a major tournament series on pokerstars. However, the changes you made now eliminate this option (there was a full ring tournament added but it is a turbo which pretty much eliminates the benefit of a full ring PLO tourney). The sad fact is that you are caving in to the masses of super-aggressive NLHE players who think a full-ring PLO tourney is not a good game. That is because they have a different approach to tournament poker. It is a shame that there is not one quality full-ring PLO tourney in this prestigious series.

Specific SCOOP Petition Thread
Didn't see it in the news feed when I opened up stars today. Bryan posted a link in the feedback thread about the specific changes(pg.8)!! I must say I'm thrilled to see such positive changes and honestly didn't expect this many changes to be made. Stars really listened and kudos to them for really showing why they're #1.

Event 23-M: $109 NL Hold'em [turbo, rebuys], $300K guaranteed

Still don't like the 1-10-100 thing, something less extreme would be nice. But, it is an improvement I guess.
-
what is that Cubed tourney about?
-
a cubed tourney= 1 rebuy allowed (usually in first hour, but best to just rebuy immediately before tourney starts, and 1 add-on allowed at break). So basically if you play a 3.30 cubed for example be prepared to commit 6 more bucks as well.
