Quit the french government, Include french players, thanks Brian!
-
I like the idea of 2 separate $215 tournies the first day.
-
Seems like a decent amount of 6 max tournaments, I like it
-
decent schedule....like the $500 headsup 2day on the 18th a lot...saturday the 25th and saturday the 11th are weak though...a lot of grinders play saturdays at least until 3 or 4 o clock eastern, if not later...just a regular $200 6max or $200 regular fo at 3pm on both of these days would be a big hit
-
hope i can satty into a few

Why not have the 2-day events on a Saturday so that people with real jobs can actually play? I cannot understand the logic behind starting a 2-day event on a Sunday.
Just my .02 -
TBD????
-
more people play on sunday, these are the feature tourneys. Just take a day off.

I understand more people play on Sunday, can they make day 2 of each start at 9p est at least? (i.e. after work for the majority of people - sorry europe)

Does the delta between the amout of people who play on Sunday as opposed to Saturday outweigh the amount of people who work and can't enter on Sunday because they can't play day 2 on Monday?

There would be a LOT less people in those 2day-events if it ran on saturday-sunday. I <3 stars for starting them @ sundays.

Only problem I can see is starting on Labor Day weekend. A lot of people in the U.S. go on vacations with the family and wont be able to play
-
hope you have the 2nd chances again this year

also hope the 1K's at 20:00ET don't last for like 24 hours (a la SCOOP). it says 15-min levels so i'm guessing not but just sayin...
huh, there's one on the 15th. and he explicitly said that guarantees aren't listed yet and to focus purely on the scheduleOriginally Posted by Deoxyribo

99nvrlosez tho. def agree that those saturdays are really weak. i also think the sundays with only 2 events should add a 3rd event. i understand you don't want to detract from the 2-days on those days, but adding something at 20:00ET would make sense, even if it was like razz or something. -
Plz make 2day events on saturdays and give major GTDs to ppl on sundays for one day events... I have no problem with 2day events, any day of the week, but most ppl do and have jobs and only play in the weekends... Those people (including fish) can't play day2 if they get there most of the time.. So PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ 2day events starting on sat, ending on sunday..
Further it looks pretty good 2me :)... :) -
well, you're probably thinking of the old super-tuesday structure but the recently "new" one is 15 minute levels with a whole buncha levels. so it's probably the same as that which is already a fantastic structure. my guess is they will keep the same structure and either have the normal 5K start stack or change it to 7.5K just for wcoop.

ty for making the 215 NL 2-7 non-rebuys
-
Doesn't look that exciting to me.

More $320+ NLH instead of constant $215s that we see all the time.
A $1k during the day would be awesome.
2 day events are fine to start on Sunday. If you make day 2 there are SO FEW players left. It is so unlikely that you will make day 2, and if you are you're going to cash for enough that you can take a day off of work. -
I strongly believe there should be an additional FL Omaha Hi/Lo ($320?), an additional Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo ($109 or $215), and an additional HORSE not in the 2k range. These have proven to be popular enough to meet some sort of reasonable guarantees, and I don't think it is asking too much to have 2 of each tourney (not counting the 2k HORSE) over the course of an entire series.

How about a $109 rebuy Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo? or $109 1r1a? -
This.

Plo8 popularity keeps rising, both online and live. Online field sizes keep growing. If you look at WSOP numbers, plo8 was very popular. It had 800+ entrants for the $1500 event, which was better than basically all non-holdem events, and double the field size of events like stud, pot limit holdem, triple draw, stud 8, HORSE, etc etc. Having 1 event is honestly a joke. A plo8 rebuy event would be perfect, or if there had to be a compromise, a plo8 cubed event. -
Plzzzzzzzzzzz more turbo's, a hyper turb, 10min levels, 15min levels etc......Every event should not be a 20hr marathon...
Edited By: goleafsgoeh Jul 9th, 2010 at 06:29 AM
Try some incrementing blinds....start 10min levels, then 15, then 20 etc....still have all the levels, and tons of play throughout but you get deeper quicker, no more 8hr bubbles -
AGREE...Lets get a 320 fixed o8....and a 215 PLO8...
