($215) Party Speed, UTG with 65s

    I decided to take a shot at a 215 and this hand came up. The way he pushed made me think he had JJ-88 or AK-AJ. I don't think he would push with AA-QQ.

    why are we limping UTG with 65 with less than 8bb and an M of 5, with the effective M being more closer 3? I think he's shoving any hand he's playing here as well

    I can understand why you'd hide this thread, but the original one? Stop trying to make me look like the bad guy. You never responded to any of my questions yet expect me to "trust you" that it's a good play because you're a pro?

    haha...the "pros" do it and think they're right...good one. It's one thing if you were the one pushing with this hand, but to call all in with it doesn't seem like a bright idea. So you might have ok pot odds...they're not great, but do you really want to put your entire stack on the line where you're most definitely behind? If you're just trying to gamble, then go for it. If you want a legitimate shot at staying alive, wait for a better spot.

    i clicked on the link...limping UTG with 65 is still a horrid play in this situation

    I didn't actually do it. I just recreated beanie's hand. And I agree limping is horrid, as is calling the all-in, which beanie did.

    please continue to play 200 speeds on party, and while you're at it, consider playing stars 200 turbos and maybe 500 turbos. limp / fold 1/7 of his stack away in a sng ROFL
