$25 paytru charge?

    I went to cashout this morning and at the top of the cashout screen it says there will be a 25 dollar charge for something, only withrawing $120 so this sounds crazy, do u guys pay this to cashout every time?

    this was my initial deposit with the card by the way

    i have emailed them, they said its a security measure i believe ill the 25 back but not 100% sure
