  1. Here are 3 hands from an $8 rebuy 2x turbo on Stars.

They are common spots in these games.

Hands go from about 40 to 20 remaining.

In particular, I am least sure about number 2.

    1) Villain has open shoved in ep the last few orbits so I am confident I am in a flip. On one hand it is a good opportunity since it is folded to me and the blinds appear tight. Question is really how much of my stack should I call off in this spot, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 etc?

    2) Hijack seemed like a good spot to raise this weak ace, the bb is the big stack and shoves. Call, fold, fold pre, shove pre in that spot?

    3) Just moved to the table, wedged between two bigger stacks, it's the second hand. Raise size feels strong, not sure I will get a better spot given the blinds.

  2. Hand 1 is close but personally Im calling off here in a turbo.

Hand 2 I would dump, too many hands ahead of you and with ~14 BBs you can find a better spot. Dont mind the steal attempt tho.

Hand 3 is the quickest snap-shove in the history of online poker
  3. hand one is a fold, 33 plays really bad here..you can't be confident you're flipping vs someone shoving utg+1.

hand 2 is an open fold with your stack...AT+ to shove. I hate r/f with under 15bb(really hate it with A6o from the CO). As played fold to shove.

hand 3 is an easy shove

  4. 1--- UTG +1 shortstack shove, even if he's lite you cant be too happy with 3s here...but i personally would shove anyways and hope to get the blinds out of the way...if i lose i still have 240k

    2---shove or fold...

    3---shove high five monitor

  5. hand 1 i fold
hand 2 i open fold , as played raise fold
hand 3 snap gii even if there s half the table all in in front of me
  6. 1. I fold. it's a coin flip at best. Prefer to keep my stack with the fold equity currently have.
    2. Open shove. Raise folding is terra bad with 14bb stack. Open fold is only other option I think.
    3. Easy shove.
  7. Hand 1: Fold because villain raised in early position so his range is tighter and you still have players to act behind. You'll basically never be ahead and you don't want to flip 1/3 of your stack.

Hand 2: I open shove here because you are very short stacked (almost 5M), and A6 is good enough. Remember it is also a turbo, so you have to play faster than you normally would in other tournaments, and therefore should be looking to shove. I will never never never want to open 15% of my stack only to fold to a re-raise. But as played you have to fold to the re-raise (I think).

Hand 3: No need to post. Almost 4M because the blinds are rising fast (a turbo) and you get AK. Don't even think about it, although villain's open could look strong, AK is a premium hand and you are so short stacked you have to shove.
  8. Thanks guys.

Pretty much agree with you all.

    1. Fold.
    2. Shove or fold is ok. I think I need to shove lighter in these turbos as I get blinded out to easily when down to the last 20 and need to make the ft with a stack or it's not worth it.
    3. Easy reshove.
