    in a tourney in stars and was wanderin where all the prize money for the top 3 was, they are payin 36 players wit on 194 entrants, its like payin 36 players in a 180 man sng, stupid as fek.

    And you have now been introduced to the worst payouts of any site I have played.

    pokerstars payouts are a joke. It is enough to make a low/mid stakes player jump ship and just play at FTP, where 10% of the prize pool gets paid.

    PokerStars does not care that players ask for 10% of the players to be paid, instead, they continue to do what they want and pay out 20% of the players.

    Do a search on "Petition to change PokerStars payouts"

    Just off the top of my head, I would guess that all the money for the top three went to pay the next 33 payouts. Just my thoughts and I might be wrong.

    The pay-out structure on JokerStars is to make sure every no-playing donkey who can wiggle a mouse will have a chance to get "in the money" so they'll think they're actually accomplishing something and will continue to play/deposit on that site.

    As they have six or seven million players who regularly play, I don't think they're going to change their structure to suit the better players who aren't happey with it.

    Just take your money off there and go play elsewhere like everyone else has. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with idiots....

    I think so, but it's rumored that they're considering paying out 6 spots in the 9 man's and 4 in the 6 mans now, the lightbulb just went off in their heads.
