it was in regards to his call on the bubble dipshit......plz read the hand. thx.
im assuming ur just one of those many who make the same play........gl at the tables. -
My first thought was to go check the buyin amoun again... thought it said someone made that call in a $69 tourney.... OMG they did!
As an $11 45 man grinder I can say Im glad to see that there are still fish as I move up the limits...
The hand itself... obviously a terrible call by him - 3 guys left that have an M of 2-3, and only one needs to drop. The key in 45 mans is the same as 9 man- you are playing to cash first, then go for the win. And there is another bubble within the payouts... 5th and 6th place essentially the same payout, so there can be a minnin bubble within the cash...
I always try to cash first, then Im trying to get to 4th, then going for the win.
Be thankful for the call, and realize the variance is just unlucky... -
wait so you post a bad beat hand, don't ask a single question in your post, then when a guy says dude, it's just a bad beat where you got unlucky, you get all bitchmaster on him?

i'm reading the hand, like you asked, but at no point in your bad beat post which is perfectly common on these threads did you ask that question. You played fine, you got sucked out on, change your tampon and move on to another 45 man. Good luck. -
Tough beat man and obv a horrible call by your opponent. I may have raised pre instead of straight pushing. I know that sounds horrid bc you have 10BBs but there are 2 very short stacks and you are very close to the cash. In the end, losing that 70-30 blows. Unlucky
-
From what I understand, the Ace is the biggest card in the deck, if you flop one, nothing can beat you!!!!!
Seems pretty standard to me. -
Obviously his call is really, really bad. But I think your push is a bit suspect here as well. You are pushing into the two biggest stacks at the table, with three short stacks out there, on the bubble. In this situation I think I like either min raising (with the intent of folding if either of the bigger stacks shoves or calling if either of the shorter stacks shove) or folding. In the end, I probably fold here given that I have the two chip leaders right behind me. I think you have to recognize that you're in a tough spot with both of the big stack on your immediate left, so you have to tighten up from "normal" bubble play. With 3 short stacks at the table I'm waiting until one of them busts then I can loosen up again.
-
wow, please dont' do this. you're play is so standard, and honestly these are like an MTT where you're going for top 3, not cashing.

You may be right given this is a 45 man. I'm used to playing 18 or 9 man where the difference in payouts between the spots isn't that big so cashing is the first priority. Would be nice if someone could run it on SNG Wizard or another tool to see what range the 4 players behind the OP have to have to make this a breakeven move. I have a MAC and haven't found a SNG tool for it yet.

45 mans on FT only pay top 6???
if so...
Your push is fine here but so is a fold if you think these big stacks may be very loosey goosey or think you could be stealing.
You cannot raise here unless u clearly pot commit yourself otherwise youre offering yourself up to either of these big stacks for a big reraise-allin-stealallyourchipscostheres othershortstacksaround play.
Not even that big of a beat, 1 in 3 youll lose here near enough, suck it up. -
ty spaceh0g......same mindset.

was curious how others play the 99 here...but i guess it determines my opponents, and then if A7 is a "standard" call, based on my shove.....lol
guess ill just have to wait to see what andressoprano says and then go off of that. -
I came into this thread hoping to finally find a hand of interest on p5s. I will now be leaving p5s for another week or so and coming back again praying to find a hand of interest.
-
Yea A7 should never be a call here ever. But sometimes it happens because people are on tilt/try to be a hero/just are stupid/dont care/misclick rarely/spite call. So your play is 100% fine, you cant pass up this spot ever please continue doing it exactly how you did. Anyone who didnt say shove is retarted as its the only move here.
-
I think is unfortunate that you didn't find a friend on me when you were absolutely broke and couldn't pay your bookie and credit cards. I am also sorry I didn't talk with all my contacts to find you a backer, and didn't offer you the chance to contact with mine. I have been a greedy motherfucker, and I'm deeply sorry.

About the post itself, all I have to say is that for one moment I thought I was reading the bad beats section.
PS: Forgot to mention the times I refused to back you either live or online. -
Since you don't pick the phone, I'm gonna have to say it here: Is not cool to give shit to someone you owe money. At least pay your debts before acting like an idiot, buying monitors and stuff. GL with your life kid. Oh, and nice shove the other day in the FTP 75K, you are a beast.
-
OMG!! andressopwned!

ladies and gentlemen andressoprano himself!
ps...i bought monitors? sweet! -
Easy push, bad call, unlucky result, not post-worthy.
And if you are going to post this, explain the context of the hand and/or why you are posting it.
Criticism of this post is 100% warranted. -
Thats what you told me, i never checked. Anyways, like I already told you, we are done kid, get over me.
-
oh and btw...plz don't act like i didn't ask u if u wanted ur money over a month ago, but instead make up stuff in the PD, bc you're andressoprano the "online sensation". But hey, if you're still lookin for a place to move into, i might have some extra room in the attic, just PM me. thx buddy!
-
oh...andplz leave some feedback on the hand posted, your fans are waiting. is shoving 99 a bad play?
-
And I said what? Take care of your stuff, and whenever you are OK financially, pay me. And I don't need a place to move, I'm fine where I am. Keep grinding kid, you have a future (if you stop shoving 30 BBs with A2 os)
