After thinking about the hand over. I think i played the flop horribly.

I think i should have smoothed his raise becauase he probably wouldnt fire a second bullet if he was raising me with air. If he had AQ+ he would probably fire another bullet on turn. So, i think the right play was smooth and reevaluate on turn?
  2. Lets keep it simple and not over think this.He can see the ace and he just flatted you pre-flop.Lets assume he is not totally nuts.Either he is stone cold bluffing or has 2 pair or trips. These are my thoughts everytime I pay off trips and 2 pairs. One of my biggest leaks is that I think everyone is bluffing :]
  3. You can bet Flop that is fine. But when he raises you, your almost dead. You have to fold in that kinda spots. PPl don`t bluff often here in this kinda spots. It`almost every time AK, AQ 2 pair or even trips.
  4. No hand that doesn't beat you is raising this flop. This board is soooo dry that a reraise just doesn't make sense. If he bet into you, would you have raised? I think you would either call or fold to a bet and you have a pretty good hand. I think that the raise is so obviously a better hand.

Admittedly, however, I don't think I would have played it much better. I often react too quickly and I click call before realizing that I couldn't possibly be ahead.
