I mean the open raise and then the flat are obv. suspicious with their stack sizes...after this flop and action what now? Should I just be folding pre?

I woulda folded pre too, but I doubt you can fold now...It's obv. the original raiser you're worried about, and I don't like that his flop bet is so small, but I still don't think you can fold such a strong hand. Pusher is gonna have QK / TJ / AA / KK / flush draw I think more than K9, AK or a set.
Edit: just noticed original raiser's stack. I think you can prolly take out certain pair/straight draw combo's pusher should have...Idk, I hate his flat. He SHOULD have AA or KK there, and you can beat those, but who knows maybe he's one big dumb donk...yes, I went there. -
Fold pre-flop of course.
Initial raiser is not going to fold with this stack, so you are going three-way here.
Your best scenario of AA from initial raiser and some pp from the sb which puts you anywhere between 45-51% depending on if the pair has a possible straight redraw. AA and naked hearts from the sb (which can only be 78 and a9 because of all of the usual flush cards are out already, both unlikely but possible holdings), puts you at about 40 percent equity. Both would merit a pretty easy call. However, the problem is each of them should have premium-type hands because both are going to the flop with seriously small stacks. Once AK or TT go into the mix everything dips to the point where you end up with 20% of equity in the pot.
I was going to say snap-fold but this is far closer than I initially thought. I just think that if you click call here you are going to see AK here a lot from initial raiser and you are screwed. Frankly, calling or folding equally suck. Save yourself by folding pre-flop to such short stacks. -
Snap call, rake pot.

To rebuy or not to rebuy? When do you rebuy in an one rebuy & one add-on tournament? That is the question.
