$500 Casino Windosr Tourney ????

    I am heading up to Windsor, Canada next week. They have a $500 end of the month tourney. Has anyone played in it before and how is the structure? I appreciate any knowledge about the play up North and how the cash games fare.

    I just called them and here's the low down:

    $500 buy-in
    100 players max
    start time 12pm
    you can register up to 2 days prior in person
    60- players = top 5 paid
    60+ players = top 10 paid
    Blinds start at 25/50 and increase every 30 minutes
    5000 starting chips

    I played in the tournament the end of February. The stucture isn't great near the end, but is better than most live events. Usually only gets 50-70 people. I am considering going next week.

    Does anyone know what chip demensions you get to start off? Plz tell me they dont use those horrid oversized orange 1k chips for this trny....

    They used the large orange chips when I played in February Ship.
