  1. No reads as it's like 14 hands in to the tourney. I've already doubled through once but the table hasn't seen it.

Anyway, I limp with the others hoping to hit a flop.

Do we fold to the pot bet and big raise here? I really feel a limper has like Axdd 80% of th etime. Or am I protecting my early double too much....

    THoughts?

  2. never folding...im clickin it back and calling... you have a lot of blockers to higher flush combos that might overlimp as well ie T9dd etc.. the higher flush combos are non existant bein the board is KQJ all diamonds so imo only combo u have to worry bout is like A2dd or somethin like that...with that being said in a limped pot his range is much greater than hands that beat u here...could b raisin pair combo draws or two pairs like QJ QTxd and willin to take r/c lines... I can't see worryin about the 2 or 3 combinations of hands that beat u here...raise and get it in ffs

I hate flatting b/c just way to many bad turn cards that can kill ur action or his aggression into the pot... just have to 3b call and get it in vs all his two pair, pair/d, AT combinations...lol if he has like T8dd or A5dd

I agree that i can't flat here, that's what made me stop and think. im raising and playing for someone's stack if i get involved.

  4. ok so noone was folding (including the deleted guys.) Reads were dead on. Don't know when i turned into a P**** but i used to not have a fold button.

Pot bet lead had AdTc for nut straight/royal draw and teh raise was Ts9h for teh donk str8. F me I would have stacked 2 guys and had a 4x stack 2d level.

    overthinkaments.

  5. before I read the results i was thinking reraise flop and then shove if no diamond hits turn as almost always here someone has the Ad and drawing or as drew said 2 pr or the straight. you would have defineately stacked them both on the turn but not knowing those two players well i'd say you were ahead after the flop..

if it was against narf/lamb/yellow/crowlley i might be a bit more cautious as they tend to reraise hands like this if they had Adxd or even 10dxd...
  6. This is one of those spots where you can never fold in this paticular tourney. Would be the same as arguing to fold 88 on a98 with similar action.

  7. thanks guys. i really think i had a moment of *I doubled up already, why waste half of it*. Live n learn.

  8. I wouldnt fold there readless because I wouldnt expect the nut flush to raise there, especially that sizing - His raise looks like " I have a very strong hand with outs and I am never folding ". The only flush that beats you here that might raise is T8dd but if you run into that it's just unlucky. I would expect a made straight, Ad-x, or even a fish with a set to possibly raise there.

Agree with what was already said above - I would re-raise the flop because there are so many turn cards which will kill the action. You have to fold to any real action if a 4th diamond hits and it might also give you a tough decision if the board pairs.
