  1. What is the best strategy in these? Limp with small pairs, weak aces and raise big with AT+,KQ+ and TT+? Or do you have to be more aggressive and raise or reraise with pretty much anything you would play?Is 2.5 x bb too small to raise pre?It seems like even after 50/100 with 3 x bb raises you are committing a large portion of your stack pre that you would almost have to shove after the flop no matter what?

I obviously don't play a whole lot of these, but would like to learn.Any advice anyone?

it all depends on stack sizes. if you raise with pocket sixes and the other guy goes all in, are you willing to call? if the guy has 20+bb behind him and you have 20+bb you should call with pocket sixes. if you have an m of <6, i would be shoving with anything remotely good. any pp i would probably shove. anything >tj i would shove from co or button (with no callers or raisers before me).

its pretty much knowing when to call and when to shove. you will learn after time which is best. just ask yourself what you hope to get out of calling or raising. also ask yourself if you are willing to call a short stacked all in with your hand. most of the time in turbo's, its either fold or all in.

i'm not the best at turbo sng's but this strategy has worked well for me
