66 30bbs SB facing UTG 15bb shove from tight player - 1 min to blinds increase.

    matty running at 10/10 20hs - 13% EP PFR

    We need 45% equity to call. I have widened his range to include all pairs and KQs (debatable) given that the blinds are increasing in 1 minute.

    This makes is close at best. Thoughts on my range here? Am I right to widen it a little as he will less bbs shortly? Also, out of interest, how does everyone make close decisions while they are at the tables (assuming that you can't make these calculations at the tables)? Have you simply built up an instinctual knowledge of how rnages match up?

    I would fold i doubt he shoves 22-55 with 14 bbs utg its more likely 66+ AT+ KQ

    If he had 10 bbs i would call with 66 as we can then put 22-55 into his range

    You also say he is tight player how do you know this you only have 20 hands on him?

    Granted - I have no solid read on him that he is a tight player, that's just what HEM indicates from what we know thus far.

    When people get under 20 bb their range so wide. Blind hours up soon. I think you are ahead but could be facing kt at worse. I would fold but calling not bad imo
