  1. This is the FT of 8:15 EST $55 6-max on Stars. fjuanl has been raising my BB semi-regularly and I have 3-bet him a few times before. He seems to be a solid player who hasn't been spewing or doing anything too crazy. Thoughts on what to do here?

  2. Flat>3b/fold>jam>fold
  3. ughhh, pretty sick spot but I would fold.

  4. With this history, I call
  5. Sick spot, I think I fold here tho
  6. snap call. don't re raise pre if you're not ready to get it in!
  7. the biggest problem with this hand is that you 3 bet without a plan. you have a pretty solid hand...88 plays very well, especially 4 handed. if you don't want to 3 bet/call here...just flat. you're deep enough to flat and play this pot oop. 3bet/folding 88 here is awful, cause then you might as well have 4 high

as played, call and be happy about it

unless you realize you made a mistake....why make the 2nd mistake in the same hand just because you HAVE to call now??...i snap fold
  9. If you "made a mistake" then you know that 3 betting to fold was a mistake hence you would not have made the thread.

first of all..there is no right or wrong way to play it....trust me...ive seen all the top ranked pros make weird plays...my point is...we have all made mistakes and realized it afterward...even on the next street...so, why continue if you feel that you are crused...cus math says you HAVE to?...well, thats a poor rationalization....if you make a mistake and realize it...DONT CONTINUE....FOLD...he had 40BBs to start the hand...there is no way i call off my tournament with 88 with an ok stack left
