hi,
would any1 try play this sly here?
as soon as i bet i knew my hand was turned up, is a shove better in this spot?
think its turned up either way this early and with the action.
so my ? is, can you flat here and hope to win a big pot early or playing
3-4 way to risky?
tks -
rog put over 1/3rd of his stack in the middle, your only option is a push. it makes your range wider than KK+ (which is kinda like you said, what you told the table with the 500 chip reraise) and induces more calls from rog.
-
you made the right play here, when its raised to 620 and then folded to your shove for 560 more thats stupid imo, raising 1/3 of his stack then folding to your shove.
nothing wrong with your play, i'd do the same thing, flat calling risks having the other guys limp in and you getting set mined (mind you they shouldn't call 22-99 with a 620 raise and a caller in front). -
WHAT

shove most of the time here. the other few times flat and be greedy. -
fold.
very rarely is he not showing up with atleast pocket three of a kind here. -
shove looks more like AK trying to pick up the pot without a flop then AA. I shove here with a raise a call and a re-raise. The raise looks like a huge hand. I'm only going to expect an opponent to have AA or KK there with the raise you made.

Do the opposite of this

shove looks good, a flat is not too bad either because people may assume you are a spaz rather than flatting a monster.
