    Is there a number or something for these people? The $150K has been paused for nearly an hour and no moderator showed up!!!!!

    the 80K as well, was watching both, both were paused to make a deal and just been paused for like an hour now. some1 asleep at the wheel, zzzzzzzzzzzz.

    I used to have the UB Vip no. but I washed my phone last week, but here is the no. to the Security Dept. 18778876537. If they can't help you I'm sure they can give you a no. that will.. GL

    It looks like they could not unfreeze the tourney. On one table the Floor Manager said that Customer Service would get in touch with them all to confirm a deal the players had already agreed to. On the other table no agreement was reached so the players will be contacted and a special match may be set up with them to play it out. My question is how long were the players waiting before the manager came?

    lol absolute joke, first time playing there in months and they somehow find a way to ruin my ultimate experience...oh well class in an hour no big deal, who needs sleep to function.

    Never play that site within 2 days of a software update. They have no quality control, their implementation plan must go something like this.

    1) Programmers make some changes and test it themselves

    2) Programmer tells manager its ready to go

    3) Manager says do it.

    4) Same Programmer logs into production and installs change

    5) shit hits fan

    6) Manager yells at programmer to fix it

    7) Programmer logs onto production and tries to fix it.

    Still no resolution to this problem.... For sites fighting image issues, this cannot be good policy.....

    Every site has issues , stars had some last month more than once , one in the middle of sunday. FTP pauses for a few minutes every time they launch one of their 20k ppl tourneys. Don't get why poeple still bag on UB , russ hamilton doesn't work there anymore they are under new mgmt since the scandal. Would changing the name really make it any different? Stars literally lets people ghost(multi account ftr) in the biggest tournament they have in the WCOOP and know one bats an eye.

    Just my opinion and I know it doesn't matter but its the cheating that you don't hear about that should bother you. How do you know that stars and full tilt aren't just better at covering stuff up?

    I have never had a problem with UB/Absolute. In fact their cashouts have been fastest, and never bounced for me!

    Just an update.. I recieved my $ from the 80k today, unfortunetly looks like we were defualted to using chip #s which obv i got screwed in being the smaller of the 2. Its w/e I guess , prob wasnt going to argue much w/ mets about it.

    I kind of bumped this also to find out how this will be projected on here, according to db etc the event never happened. I emailed UB back on that issue, still waiting for a response.

    Nothing about any compensation which is meh but should I even expect anything?
