    Just want everyone to know the way Absolute Poker rips someone off. They had a special going where if you win the Tlb and beat Mark Seif The pro You win a seat to the wsop. So i put in the time worked hard disposed of him twice. Then I said Why not do it again. So I won the Tlb again and Beat mark again making 3 times I beat im in 6 minutes heads up. I was ready for the 4th match and without any notice Absolute Poker says the promotion has ended. I want to sue them but theres no Adress to sue them at. I also know this caliguy38 won a seat to foxwoods and they never paid for is seat HE did get the money though but you can imagine arriving and having no seat.If anyone has ever experienced something like this and knows how to litigate Id appreciate the help. Also I know they have bounced checks on people made good on them . Anyone else who has ap stories add them please. And if Ap or MArk Seif if reading this I know MArk is aware I own him but you won two wsop be a man make good on your word. Either that or play the ladies division at the events.Ap you will be judged by the lord.

    Whats wrong with stopping a promotion? Thats like suing stars or party (or any other site for that matter) when they stop their reload bonus periods...maybe im reading your post wrong and have things misunderstood, but i dont think that Absolute HAS to give away free WSOP seats if they choose not to...

    in that million dollar a year post you claimed to have way to small a br to try it out, BUT now, you have enough of a br to win 4 tlb races???? that sures doesnt add up.

    Lets come back to earth thats like winning the poker stars million and them saying sorry its cancelled. I won the tlb I beat seif I had one more time due to win and they pull the rug from under me. Those are the facts ask anyone that was on ap then.Im saving other people the aggravation and hassles of winning and losing something you earned. I have an address so If someone wants to contact me they can. Who wants to see other players get burned like I did. Im working with the fbi on finding these rip offs and getting my money. Anyone who wants to help me your help is welcomes anyone who doubts me contact me horseracingowner on aim or horseracingowner@aol.com on email and Ill show the proof. Please lets let these people get away with this.

    Does the FBI have jurisdiction overseas?? I know nothing about the legalities so I was just wondering how much they can help you...and is the FBI really concerned about getting you a Heads up match with Mark Seif. LOL, im laughing to myself about what i just wrote. But we do have an update....

    Pound at least I dont have a filthy mouth. These are facts. Were all bound on pocket fives cause were brothers in poker. Well one of yor brothers is getting taken. How many others need to be taken? If you dont like me fine. But please respect the facts here and not make this a personal issue. If it can happen to me it can happen to others. You do everyting to win 10k and have it never given to you see how it feels. I put in 100 hours of poker. I deserve what I was entitled to.

    Please Ignore sinnabunns post seems to be a personal vendetta facts are facts Bottsky who was 14th in the wsop main event was aware of this as we discussed the possibilty of winning again. So if anyone does beleive me Bottsky will be witness.

    Since you asked others to post about AP I will. I've played there for over a year now and never had a single problem. I've cashed out many times and have always gotten my money.

    Not sure it's a good idea to bring up things that you've heard...like they bounced a check...find the person who had a check bounce and ask them to post. Otherwise you have no credibility there.

    As for the promotion I never heard of it but I mostly stick to cash games anyway. Why don't you post the promotion and let people read it.

    Please keep your eye on the ball!!!!!!!!!!! Its not about me. Its about being ripped off. These are facts 100 percent . There are 1000s of people who saw this. I was on my way to wsop so I didnt have time to follow it up immediately. This is a horrible precedence that has been set. Some sites like I beleive poker stars are in canada and are over seen by an Indian gambling tribe so you have an address. Please keep the posts to people who can help or need help.

    Horse you were supposed to win four tlbs to get a WSOP seat, and you won two, then they stopped the promotion.

    Eno please get your facts str8. The promtion was you win the Tlb and the you beat mark seif twice to win the seat. I did it . Then the second time I get cash. I won the tlb won agaisnt mark again then they pulled the second time the second heads up match and said it was over without warning. I earned the opportunity. I had a 50 50 for 10k Ill take 5k or to play mark for 10k either or.

    I have read that first post 8 times. I am very open minded but can not follow what your saying at all. You make it sound like they cut some promotion before the rivercard hit for the win. Also I might add that if you won a TLB you must have made some serious money on the site, You need high places to do that and that's where the money is. Will AP at least let you cash out?

    And I would call and thank that person that wrote that long e-mail, I wish I had a friend like that!!!

    Fish its in black and white. Its the problem of recourse with internet gambling. I had an employee who bet basketball. When he lost he paid. He hit a ten of ten parlay for 35k. It took them 3 months to pay him off. How can he sue from the mainland. This is a case of a corrupt site trying to get away with 10k. How much more to the point can I be? Ap owes me and others could have the same happen to them. IF poker stars and bodog and untimate and party poker are credible awesome!!!! But this one isnt. I can be the only one who has had problems. Factually they have bounced many checks on people.

    Absolute Poker had a deal last year If you won the weekly tlb you got a chance to play mark seif. iF you beat Seif heads up twice in a row you win a seat to the wsop. I win the tlb beat mark 2x win a wsop seat. Now i win tlb again. Beat mark first time. If i beat him again since I already have a seat I get cash. They never let me play him a second time. They ripped me off. What is confsing? If someone ripped you off for ten thousand Id be there as a fellow poker player to help.

    AP froze my account with 20k in it once, after trying to cash out about 12. Kinda shady, but it got resolved, i just wont keep that much on there anymore
