  1. So I request a withdraw via FedEx check yesterday from Absolute Poker... I talk to live support on two different occasions yesterday, email their payment department, and I am told all is well, and I will receive my check in 2-4 business days.

    Today I get this email from Absolute...

    Your check payment has already been completed and sent for delivery through regular mail.

    Ok... so thats pretty fucking annoying that it is going to take 15 business days to get a check... but at least they processed my request and a check is on the way... right? WRONG! I log back into my absolute account and to my surprise, ALL my money has been put back into my Absolute account. No check has been issued, and the email they sent me was apparently a lie.

    Im understandable a little pissed now, so I go back to their live support and have this conversation... (keep in mind I confirmed my fedex check withdraw request with live support not once, but TWICE yesterday.)

    Good luck to anyone that wants to get any money off of Absolute for a month. I am really alittle concerned that they admit to not wanting to get their customers their money as fast as they can. WTF kinda business does this.

  4. I have cashed dozens of times from AP and never had a problem...I rec'd two checks last week. One via USPS and one via Fedex. They own Ultimate Bet now and I would totally disagree with these comments. AP is a great place to play recommend it to anyone.
     
  5. at least your getting paid, i got screwed by my affiliate and never received one dime. when i contacted AP they could care less and wouldn't allow me to change affiliates so i could get the rake back i signed up for.

    When you click withdraw (which you probably never do) on the top right of the first screen that pops up it says "Click here for Live Chat"

    You then click there for Live Chat...

  8. VERY WEIRD. This just happened to me on pokerstars too. I cashed out a check Sunday night and emailed twice (to be safe) to ask the check to be delivered by Fed-ex. I recieved a reply email and was told no problem. I get an email today (3 days later) saying they apologize but they couldn't send it via Fed-ex but instead by regular mail. Well, I made a cashout on 1/25 via regular mail and still haven't recieved the check, so I wrote back explaing that this was unacceptable, and basically that as a US customer, I had no other options and needed some option to get my funds in a decent amount of time (sorry but 15 business days is unreasonable, period). That was an hour and a half ago so I should get a reply soon, but I wonder why. And I will post when/if I get the issue resolved. I assume it will be fixed as Pokerstars usually has great support, but we will see.
