    Andy if you have evidence mark seif was involved with this ....you better get it iut before you spread a rumor and due more damage to someone I belive his as honest as they come.

    also I would like to know how you get such good cards all the time,are you doing some kind of cheating???? its nearly impossible to win a tourney online once a year but you have won roughly 3....Makes me wonder...

    People I told you when Annie Duke's boyfriend won the Stone Cold Nuts 2 that it was rigged and you all laughed at me. Now do you believe Annie had that tourney rigged in her bf's favor? Cause I certainly do 100%. Hopefully someone fully investigates UltimateBet.

    It is beyond comprehension that the site is up and runniing whilst the
    'investiagtion' by a non independant party takes place.

    Surely this is a police matter?

    The Quebec police is involved accoding to the interview which i posted the link for above. I think they are doing an investigation on the Kahnawake gaming commission, since Joe Norton (the one who made the official statement) was or is on the commission and also owns a piece of Absolute Poker. This story keeps getting wilder, listen to the interview its pretty much eveything about the situation straight from the horses mouth. Glad I havent played there in a couple years. Hope you all get lots of $$$ back!!!!

    because there has been absolutely 0 evidence of any cheating at UB.

    PS ... I'd think that if I had a top player as a girlfriend that my game would improve and i'd be able to win a tournament or 2 as well. lol.

    well, lots of barely thought out replies here. standard i guess.

    personally i think that it's great to see AP have taken the first steps to resolving this issue. I am VERY pleased that the players are getting money back, including tournament buy ins, moving up placings AND some interest as well. If the guy that was cheating was the guy sending out press releases as well then I can see how that blatantly wrong and lying piece of shit email got out.

    Am I putting money back onto AP? No. Is it possible i may in the near future. Depends on where this goes.

    Maybe it's hard to see from people that come here every day, but i've been away for nearly a week playing in a live event, and when I left the state on the nation was
    1 - AP deny any cheating took place
    2 - NO mention of players getting compensation.

    To log in today and see that:
    1 - AP are admitting that cheating took place, and actually have additional names to add to list that we knew nothing about and
    2 - all players invovled getting fairly compensated at companies expense.

    Is a huge step in the right direction. Like I said, I still have many unanswered issues and questions, and am not putting money back on anytime soon. However, if this hugely complicated issue keeps moving in the right direction (including using trusted ppl like Nat) then I think eventually this thing may get sorted.

    A lot ppl need to calm down I think. Have patience, this will take a long time to sort out.

    Lastly, for all those ppl laughing at the 'downfall' of AP, i logged a few hours ago and saw them meeting all guarantees in tournaments I checked, from $3r to $30r, and positive steps forward like this one will improve public relations for the company. I haven't seen ANY signs that the company is going anywhere or having any traffic issues, so let's keep our comments in the real world if possible.

    UB gave me a phone call today to mention to me that they are offering bonuses.

    Guilty as well or not I think they are feeling the hurt too.
