  1. Yesterday I won a seat to their 100K Tournament via a freeroll. The top 5 got a seat and I was lucky enough to sneak into the top 5. Usually when you qualify via a satellite your have to register yourself or it registers you automatically depending on which tournament it is I guess. I didn't see my name, so I clicked register, figuring that's what I needed to do, because I know when you qualify for their "AP Challenge", you need to register yourself, so that's what I did. Now, today when I sign on and notice that there is a few hundred bucks missing from my account, my heart goes into my throat. After 2 minutes I realized it was exactly 216$, which is the buy-in for the 100K. Now, if you satellite into a tournament through a freeroll or using AP points, you can't unregister and take the money. You have to play. It's not like stars where your get T$. So, I click "unjoin" to see if it allowed me too and sure enough it did. Next I look for the 4 other players who placed in the Top 5 with me and sure enough all 4 of them are registered, but yours truly isn't. Now, any1 who has played on AP and has emailed their support, knows it can take up to 24 hours to get a response. This all happened today at about noon eastern, which means the 100K was in about 28 hours or so from the time I emailed them and still I haven't recieved a response. I am getting aggravated too say the least. Why would the other 4 players be registered and not me? I have waited more than 24 hours in the past for a response and if I don't get to play tomorrow I will be extremely pissed off to say the least. I know Stars' support responds almost immediately, so why the frig can't AP's support be the same way? I just needed to vent a little bit! Hopefully they respond sooner than later and this all is fixed by the time the 100K starts tomorrow at 4:30 pm, which it should be. With my luck however, it probably won't be.
  2. Um...good luck?

  3. Tell us something we didn't know.

    FULL TILT
  5. AP's support used to be great, quick response BEFORE Black Friday since then it seems like they are just overwhelmed and suck.
  6. easy solution...pick up the phone and just call them..simple as that
  7. They dont have a line to support, only to the cashier and security. If you have a # to support feel free to share it.

  8. no i was just kidding, i dont play at sites you cant call..like they dont make enough money to pay the phone bill, its just shady
  9. Almost 11 hours and still no response! This is getting a little ridiculous, but more important a little worrisome. The tournament is at 4:30 pm and at this rate they won't respond until next Saturday's 100K. This is the only thing I wish AP would do like stars.

  10. this happened to me. i qualified through an ARP freeroll and they didnt register me. THey ended up sending me the buyin in cash, back when it was $162 and not $216; but they didnt send it for at least five days.

AP support aint terrible, its by no means stars, but its not as bad as UB, but i highly doubt ur issue will be resolved in time

  11. Im really starting to think it wont be resolved by tomorrow. I dont want the 216 cash. I'll have them register me in next weeks 100K and maybe the AP Challenge for compensation if they don't fix it by tomorrow.

  12. Yeah AP has good support. I bet you get to play.
  13. Well finally after waiting over 16 hours to get a response, they responded and took care of everything. I waited to long to hear from them IMO, but atleast they fixed it in time.
