Well my account was frozen due to my gf loading up 50 bucks( her own account) with a savings account instead of a checking by her not knowing "Woman" But I sent them an e-mail saying it was bs and not my fault at all that her account is -50$ bucks and exsplained them the situation and it was resolved. They just opened my account back up and said your good.
