account suspended on ftp

    for some reason while in the middle of a hand the server supposedly shut down on full tilt and i was signed off. when i tried to log back in i was greeted with a "your account has been suspended please contact customer support" message. was wondering if anybody here faced something like this and if i should be worried. what might have caused this?

    eeeeeeeeek i got kicked off once because someone was signed in as me and i could not log in till they got off
